Website Prices
Some prices are cheaper through our online store and we may charge more if orders are placed via other methods eg. phone, email etc.

Delivery
85% of all orders dispatch same day. If your order is unable to be dispatched within 48 hours, you will be advised of the delay. Delivery is free within Australia. This service is not tracked. Allow 4 to 8 business days for delivery. We insure all standard delivery shipments up to a total value of AU$150

Referrals
A customer (referrer) may refer as many other contact lens wearers (referees) as they wish to us and for each referee who places an order, the referrer is entitled to a free box on their next re-order.

The following conditions apply. The person referred cannot be a customer of ezyvision.com.au. The referee must place their first order within three months of their name being supplied by the referrer. If the referee places an order more than three months later, the offer is invalid and the referrer cannot claim a free box for their referral. The free box will only be supplied to the referrer on an order of one or more boxes of the same or greater value. (Buy one get another free) To protect the integrity of this offer, proof of prescription and proof of identity may be requested at any time of both the referrer and the referee, and, if denied, may invalidate the offer at the discretion of ezyvision.com.au.

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. That's why we will not disclose, rent or sell your email address, or other contact information to any other company. We collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to make it easier for you when you re-order. All information about you will be maintained with strict confidence. Should you ever wish your details to be removed from our database, email your request to contacts@ezyvision.com.au We will process your request immediately.

General
You acknowledge and agree that all information supplied to us is true and accurate. Ezyvision.com.au takes no responsibility for any consequences if false, misleading or incorrect information is supplied to us. For all orders of contact lenses, you agree that you are only purchasing contact lenses for which you have been prescribed by your Eyecare Professional, and for which you have a valid prescription. Ezyvision.com.au reserves the right to request a copy of your prescription before supplying contact lenses.

50% Extra Guarantee
You can return any product to us within 60 days from date of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied that the product is genuine, in brand new condition and with excellent expiry dates for a prompt and courteous full refund of your entire purchase price plus 50% extra. This guarantee is specifically designed to give you peace of mind when ordering from us. This guarantee specifically excludes incorrectly ordered product, or if you change your mind.

Returns
If you have been incorrectly supplied a product at the fault of Ezyvision.com.au, we will cover all costs related to returning the incorrect product to us and supplying you with the correct product. If you wish to return product either under the 50% Extra Guarantee, or for any other reason other than at the fault of Ezyvision.com.au, all return costs must be met by you.

Faulty Product
If you have a faulty product, email us at contacts@ezyvision.com.au or freecall 1800 883 055. Provide us with the lens details, and invoice number that the lenses were supplied on. We will issue you with a credit to be held against a future order to the value of the faulty product. You do not need to return the faulty product to us.
